| 摘 要： | 目的观察采用瑞替普酶和尿激酶动脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者的临床疗效。方法102例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为瑞替普酶组52例和尿激酶组50例。比较两组冠状动脉再通、心肌缺血、左室功能、出血、恶性心律失常和死亡情况。结果两组死亡率无差异，瑞替普酶组与尿激酶组比较，相关冠状动脉再通率和出血率较高，心肌缺血改善情况和左室功能较强，恶性室性心律失常出现率较低，组间差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论对AMI患者采用瑞替普酶治疗具有更好疗效，能明显改善患者预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the difference of curative effect on reteplase and urokinase thrombolysis therapy for acute myocardial infarction. Methods 112 cases of acute myocardial infarction were divided into the reteplase group and the Urokinase group. The coronary reperfusion, exercise electrocardiogram, left ventricular function, haemorrhage, ma- lignant arrhythmia and death rate were observed. Results The rate of two group patients had no statistical significance. The death rate and the coronary reperfusion rate of the Reteplase group were higher than that of the urokinase group. The reteplase group, s improvement of schemia myocardial and schemia myocardial,s function were better than the uroki- nase group. The incidence rate of malignant arrhythmia of reteplase group was lower than that of the urokinase group. Conclusion It is better to use reteplase than urokinase for thrombolysis therapy for acute myocardial infarction. |
