| 摘 要： | 介绍了高健生主任治疗糖尿病视网膜病变和视网膜静脉阻塞引起的黄斑水肿的临床经验。认为两种疾病所致的黄斑水肿病因病机均为气阴两虚兼目络瘀滞证，并创立密蒙花方进行加减治疗。

| Abstract: | The clinical experience of director Gao Jiansheng treating macular edema caused by diabetic retinopathy and retinal vein occlusion is introduced. This paper takes the view that the etiology and pathogenesis of the edema induced by both is deficiency of both qi and yin with the syndrome of blood stasis and qi stagnation of ocular collateral and puts forward the modified therapy with Mimeng Flower decoction. |
