| 摘 要： | 目的 观察温针联合刺骨术治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效及安全性。方法 将45例KOA患者,应用针灸结合刺骨术治疗,于治疗前、治疗后10天及2月,分别进行WOMAC量表评分,对膝关节的僵硬、疼痛及关节功能活动进行评估。结果 治疗10天后,膝关节的僵硬、疼痛及关节功能活动评分均较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.01);与治疗后10天比较,治疗后2月,3项评分均又明显降低(P＜0.01)。结论 温针联合刺骨术可改善KOA患者膝关节的僵硬、疼痛和关节功能活动,是一种安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of warm needle combined with bone treatment for knee osteoarthritis (KOA).Methods Forty-five patients with KOA were treated with acupuncture combined with bone treatment.The WOMAC scale was used to evaluate the stiffness,pain and joint function of the knee joint before and 10 days after treatment and two months after treatment.Results After 10 days of treatment,the stiffness,pain and joint function activity scores of knee joints were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.01).Compared with 10 days after treatment,three kinds of scores were significantly decreased after two months of treatment (P＜0.01).During the clinical observation period,no complications occurred in 45 patients.Conclusion Warm needle combined with bone surgery can improve the stiffness,pain and joint function of knee joint in KOA patients.It is a safe and effective method. |
