| 摘 要： | 目的 探索梧州市城区活禽市场禽流感病毒分布特征,为禽流感监测防控工作提供科学依据。方法 对2012-2017年间在梧州市18个活禽市场内随机采集的828份外环境样本进行核酸检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 梧州市活禽市场禽流感病毒总体阳性率为34.54%,H9亚型阳性率为15.46%,H5亚型阳性率为4.59%,H7亚型阳性率为2.54%;样本检测阳性率总体上冬春季高于夏秋季;不同类型监测样本中,阳性率最高的为地面污水(52.75%),最低为禽类粪便(24.89%)。结论 梧州市活禽市场环境普遍存在禽流感病毒的污染,H5、H9亚型是主要的病原体,禽流感病毒流行具有明显的季节性特征。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of avian influenza virus in a live poultry market in Wuzhou,and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of avian influenza.Methods 828 samples were randomly collected in external environmental of 18 live poultry markets in Wuzhou from 2012 to 2017.Nucleic acid of H9,H5 and H7 avian influenza virus was detected with real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,and the results were analyzed.Results The overall positive rate of avian influenza virus in the live poultry market in Wuzhou was 34.54%,and the positive rates of subtypes H9,H5 and H7 were 15.46%,4.59% and 2.54%.The positive rates of sample tests in winter and spring were higher than that in summer and autumn.The positive rate of avian influenza virus had obvious seasonal characteristics.In different types of monitoring samples,the viral nucleic acid detection rate was highest in ground sewage(52.75%)and lowest in poultry excrement(24.89%).Conclusion The pollution of avian influenza virus in the environment of live poultry markets in Wuzhou exists widely.H5 and H9 are the prevailing subtypes.The epidemic of avian influenza virus has obvious seasonal characteristics. |
