两种红豆杉属植物细胞培养技术的建立和优化

摘    要:对两种红豆杉属植物细胞培养技术进行了研究,建立了Taxusmedia和Taxusbrevifolia的细胞培养技术和方法。通过培养基优化筛选试验成功地诱导获得了12个细胞株系,通过不同激素试验使细胞生长量大幅度提高,细胞月增长量达13倍,每升培养基每月干细胞产量达16.11g,取得了较好的培养效果,为细胞培养工厂化生产提供了理论依据,为扩大高效抗癌植物资源红豆杉提供了新途径。

Abstract:A study on cell culture of Taxus media and T.brevifolia,which mainly grow in North American with high content of taxol,was done in methods and technique.Twelve different kinds of cell lnies were induced and established from explants Of the species. The growth rate of cell culture increased greately as high as 13 times in 30 d by optimization experiments on suitable media compositions,concentration of phytohormone and culture condition.16.11g dry cell can be produced in one month culture in a litre optimized media.The obtained results provide the possibility of cell culture in industrial scale production and it also paves a new alternative way to produce taxol-the most promising anticancer drug.
