| 摘 要： | 目的 评价狂犬病疫苗不良反应干预效果。方法 对63例狂犬病疫苗接种后不良反应患者的一般资料、不良反应症状、治疗干预措施和效果等进行分析。结果 63例不良反应患者中，一般反应58例（92.06%），以局部反应最多，接种后第一针发生不良反应多达47例（74.60%），治疗干预措施主要采用局部湿热敷、土豆片贴敷、对症支持、抗过敏、抗感染、延续性健康教育随访等方法。所有病例不良反应疗效良好，成功完成全程免疫接种。结论 通过积极处理不良反应，健全门诊管理制度，实施延续性健康教育随访干预，可有效防治和减少不良反应，提高接种依从性，有效保护患者。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the treatment effect of adverse reactions after receiving rabies vaccination． Methods The basic information,symptoms of adverse reactions,care measures and effects of 63 patients with adverse reactions after receiving rabies vaccination were analyzed. Results Among 63 patients，58 cases(92.06%) had the general adverse reactions, cases (74.60%) occurred the adverse reactions after the first dose of vaccine and most of the cases had the partial reactions. After giveing the appropriate care,the treatment intervention measures mainly included moist heat on the local, potato patch,supportive treatment, allergy reamendment-infection treatment, continuous health education follow-up caring way.All cases had successfully completed the full vaccination Conclusion By actively dealing with adverse reactions, improving the vaccination adherence and effectively protecingt patients with it can actively cure adverse reactions, improve the management system, strengthen health education and follow-up care way. |
