| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨宫腔镜检查患者并发心脑综合征的影响因素。方法 选取河南省某妇幼专科医院门诊行宫腔镜检查的患者1 009例，调查心脑综合征发生情况，并分析一般资料和临床资料与心脑综合征发生的关系。结果 心脑综合征的发生率为19.2%，Logistic回归分析显示术中不使用微型钳剪是宫腔镜检查患者并发心脑综合征的保护性因素，而操作时间延长、疼痛、焦虑抑郁得分是宫腔镜检查患者并发心脑综合征的危险因素。结论 宫腔镜检查患者并发心脑综合征受到多个因素影响，临床医护人员可根据不同因素制定针对性干预措施，提高操作熟练度，减少心脑综合征的发生，减轻患者痛苦。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influencing factors of hysteroscopic examination of the patient complicated with cardio-cerebral syndrome. Methods A total of 1 009 patients undergoing hysteroscopy were selected from the outpatient department of a Women-children special hospital in Henan Province in order to investigate the occurrence of cardiac syndrome and analyze the relationship between general and clinical data and cardio-cerebral syndrome. Results The incidence of cardio-cerebral syndrome was 19.23%,and the results of Logistic regression analysis showed that without using the micro cutters during the operation can be the protective factor. However, longer operation time, pain, anxiety and depression were risk factors for cardio-cerebral syndrome. Conclusion The hysteroscopic examination of the patient complicated with cardio-cerebral syndrome can be affected by multiple factors. Doctors and nurses should design interventions according to different situations and improve the proficiency of the operation to reduce the incidence of cardio-cerebral syndrome and relieve the pain of patients. |
