摘    要:目的 了解浙江省桐乡市20年来血吸虫病监测工作情况,巩固血防成果。方法 从桐乡市疾病预防控制中心19942013年资料汇编、年报和专题总结中摘取血防螺情、病情监测数据。用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果 病原学确诊输入性急性血吸虫病1例、慢性血吸虫病1例。仅2003年查到螺点1个,实际有螺面积7164 m2,密度0.056只/0.11 m2,无阳性钉螺。1994 2013年全市血清学检测207 523人次,抗体阳性4173人,平均阳性率为2.01%。其中1994 2003年血清学检测147 462人次,抗体阳性3850人,平均阳性率为2.61%,2004 2013年血清学检测60 061人次,抗体阳性323人,平均阳性率为0.54%。前、后10年抗体阳性率经2趋势检验,差异有统计学意义(趋势2=2350.93,P0.001)。结论 桐乡市血吸虫病疫情稳定,无内源性病例,但检出输入性病例,应加强对来自疫区流动人员的监测工作,巩固血防成果。

Abstract:Objective To understand the schistosomiasis situation in Tongxiang 20 years after its spread was blocked and provide evidence to keep the gain of schistosomiasis control. Methods Descriptive epidemiologicai analysis was conducted on the surveillance data of schistosomiasis in Tongxiang from 1994 to 2003. Results One imported acute schistosomiasis case and 1 chronic schistosomiasis case were etiological confirmed. Only 1 snail belt was found in a village in 2003 with an area of 7164 m2 and snail density of 0. 056/0, 11 m2, no positive snails were found. Totally 207 523 residents received serological detection, in which 4173 were antibody positive (2. 01% ). From 1994 to 2003, a total of 147 462 residents received serological detection, in which 3850 were antibody positive (2. 61% ). From 2004 to 2013, a total of 60 061 residents received serological detection, in which 323 were antibody positive (0. 54% ). The difference in antibody positive rate between two periods had statistical significance (χ2 = 2350. 93, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion Schistosomiasis is under control in Tongxiang. No indigenous case was detected, but imported case was reported. It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance for schistosomiasis in people from endemic areas to keep the gain of schistosomiasis control in Tongxiang.
