| 摘 要： | 对于临床表现不典型的无肌病皮肌炎患者,容易被延误诊治.本文报道1例55岁女性患者,临床表现为双手冻疮样皮疹,肌电图示神经肌肉未见异常,特发性炎性肌病抗体谱16项:MDA5(++),PM-Scl75(++).

| Abstract: | The diagnosis and treatment of dermatomyositis patients with atypical clinical manifestations are easily prone to be delayed. We report a case of dermatomyositis patient who was a 55-year-old female and presented with chilblain-like rash on hands. The electromyography was normal. Antibodies of idiopathic inflammatory myopathy spectrum detection showed MDA5 (++)，PM-Scl75 (++). |
