| 摘 要： | 目的 了解莆田市荔城区中小学生肠道寄生虫感染情况。方法 采用改良加藤法、生理盐水直接涂片法，于2007年5-10月对荔城区 8所中、小学的10 131名学生进行肠道寄生虫感染调查。结果 肠道寄生虫总感染率为 12.26%，不同年段蛔虫、鞭虫感染率也不同，其中以8～13岁组最高（9.33%和9.78%）,其次为5～7岁组(5.06%和6.74%)，钩虫感染为14～21岁组最高（0.16%）。结论 荔城区中小学生肠道寄生虫感染率仍较高，学生的防病意识还需要加强，应进一步加强学生健康教育干预工作，进一步降低学生肠道寄生虫病感染率。
