| 摘 要： | 牙周组织,尤其是牙周硬组织的状况与正畸治疗的进程及疗效息息相关。在正畸治疗前及正畸过程中,口腔临床医师应该全面评估可能出现的影响牙周硬组织的问题。本文就正畸治疗中常见的牙周硬组织问题,包括龈乳头缺失、牙槽骨量不足、骨皮质阻力过大、被动萌出异常的病因及防治展开阐述。

| Abstract: | Periodontal tissue, especially the alveolar bone, are closely associated with the progress and efficacy of orthodontic treatment. Prior to and during orthodontic treatment, dentists should fully evaluate the status of periodontal hard tissues to prevent clinical problems. This article aims to discuss bone issues associated with orthodontic treatment, including gingival papilla absence, alveolar bone insufficiency, excessive cortical resistance, and altered passive eruption, etc. The mechanism and prevention methods of these problems are also described. |
