| 摘 要： | 【摘要】目的：探讨心脉隆注射液联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性肺源性心脏病临床疗效。方法：选择2022年1月1日-2023年12月31日本院符合诊断肺源性心脏病患者90例,随机分为A、B、C三组,各30例。对照A组：采用常规强心,利尿,扩血管,必要时抗感染,化痰平喘,吸氧等对症治疗。对照B组：在常规治疗的基础上,接受心脉隆注射液的治疗。观察C组：在常规治疗的基础上,接受心脉隆注射液和穴位贴敷治疗。比较对照组和观察组的心脏射血分数,临床症状改善情况及改善时间,血气分析,有无并发症等发生。结果：治疗后,C组六分钟步行试验优于另外两组,C组心功能指标SV、EF、lVID、LVPWT均优于另外两组,差异对比显著（P＜0.05）;在治疗后,C组PaO2、SaO2水平更高,PaCO2水平降低,与其他两组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）;进一步对比A、B组的差异发现,B组的步行试验、心功能指标及血气分析指标均优于A组（P＜0.05）;C组并发症发生率最少,B组次之,两组均明显少于A组,差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：心脉隆注射液联合穴位贴敷治疗肺源性心脏病能显著提高疗效,缩短患者治疗时间,改善患者的心肺功能,减少其并发症的发生,促进预后,值得推广。

Clinical effect of cardioon injection combined with acupoint application in chronic pulmonary heart disease |

| Abstract: | [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of cardiac injection and acupoint application in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods: 90 patients from January 1,2022 to December 31,2023,20 were randomly divided into groups A, B and C, with 30 patients each. Control group A: symptomatic treatment such as conventional strong heart, diuresis, blood vessel expansion, anti-infection, if necessary, phlegm and asthma, and oxygen inhalation were used. Control group B: on the basis of conventional therapy. Observation group C: on the basis of conventional therapy, receive cardioon injection and acupoint application. The cardiac ejection fraction between the control and observation groups, the improvement of clinical symptoms and the time to improvement, blood gas analysis, and the presence of complications were compared. Results: After treatment, the six-minute walk test in group C was better than the other two groups, and the cardiac function indexes SV, EF, l VID, and LVPWT were all better than the other two groups, with a significant difference (P <0.05); after treatment, PaO in group C2、SaO2Level is higher, and the PaCO2The difference decreased compared with the other two groups (P <0.05); further comparison between groups A and B showed that group B walking test, cardiac function indexes, and blood gas analysis indexes were better than group A (P <0.05); group C had the least complication rate, followed by group B, and significantly less than group A (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of cardioplasty injection combined with acupoint application can significantly improve the efficacy, shorten the treatment time of patients, improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and promote the prognosis, which is worth popularizing. |
