| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨甘草泻心汤联合康复新液与Ara-AMP对疱疹性口腔炎的疗效及T淋巴细胞和血清学的影响。方法 选取100例疱疹性口腔炎患儿,随机分为对照组、实验组,各50例。对照组给予Ara-AMP治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加服甘草泻心汤联合康复新液,均治疗7 d。比较两组患儿治疗期间不良反应发生情况以及临床症状消失时间、疗效等方面。比较治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群、IL-6、IL-10、WBC、EGF、VEGF水平。结果 两组患儿治疗后总有效率分别为76.0%和98.0%,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后临床症状消失时间,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后WBC、VEGF、EGF、IL-10、IL-6水平均有所改善,实验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均升高,CD8+水平降低,实验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗期间不良反应发生率分别为18.0%和6.0%,实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 甘草泻心汤联合康复新液与Ara-AMP对小儿疱疹性口腔炎有显著的治愈作用,能够改善患儿的临床表现,提高免疫功能,降低炎症因子水平,减少不良反应,是一种安全有效的治疗方案。

The effect of Gancao Xiexin Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Liquid and Ara-AMP on the efficacy and T lymphocytes and serology of herpetic stomatitis |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of Gancao Xiexin Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Liquid and Ara-AMP on the efficacy and T lymphocytes and serology of herpetic stomatitis. Methods 100 children with herpetic stomatitis were selected and randomly divided into control group, experimental group , 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Ara-AMP, the experimental group was treated with Gancao Xiexin Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Liquid on the basis of the control group, all for 7 d. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom disappearance time of the two groups, white blood cell count (WBC), serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), epidermal growth factor (EGF), interleukin-10 (IL-10), interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels, T lymphocyte subsets, and adverse reactions during treatment were compared among the two groups. Results The total effective rates of the two groups were 76.0%and 98.0%, respectively. The experimental group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The clinical symptom disappearance time of the two groups, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The WBC, VEGF, EGF, IL-10, IL-6 levels of the two groups were improved after treatment, and the experimental group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ levels of the two groups increased after treatment, and the CD8+ level decreased. The experimental group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rates of the two groups during treatment were 18.0%and 6.0%, respectively. The experimental group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Gancao Xiexin Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Liquid and Ara-AMP has a significant curative effect on children with herpetic stomatitis, can improve their clinical manifestations, enhance their immune function, reduce inflammatory factor levels, reduce adverse reactions, and is a safe and effective treatment plan. |
