补骨脂抗氧化活性指纹图谱研究

摘    要:[目的]建立补骨脂抗氧化活性指纹图谱,评价不同产地补骨脂药材的抗氧化活性和明确抗氧化活性成分的贡献率。[方法]采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器-1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼(HPLC-DAD-DPPH)方法。[结果]建立了补骨脂抗氧化活性指纹图谱,确定了补骨脂酚为最主要的抗氧化活性成分。[结论]抗氧化活性指纹图谱可用于补骨脂质量评价,为全面提高中药质量控制水平提供了新方法。

Abstract:[Objective] To establish the antioxidant activity fingerprint and to evaluate the antioxidant activity and investigate the contribution of individual constituents to antioxidant activity in Psoralea corylifolia L.[Methods] The HPLC-DAD-DPPH method was employed for that aim.[Results] A HPLC-DAD-DPPH method was optimized to establish antioxidant activity fingerprint of Psoralea corylifolia L.It was found that bakuchiol had the highest contribution of individual constituents to the antioxidant activity of Psoralea corylifolia L.[Conclusion] The antioxidant activity fingerprints is suitable for quality control of Psoralea corylifolia L.This study can clearly demonstrate that the activity fingerprint is a meaningful method to comprehensively improve the quality control of TCM.
