金辛镇痛液对急性血瘀证大鼠血液流变学及内皮功能的影响

摘    要:[目的]观察金辛镇痛液对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学、血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)的影响,以探讨其活血化瘀作用。[方法]以皮下注射大剂量盐酸肾上腺素附加冰水浴造成大鼠急性血瘀模型,检测大鼠血液流变学指标、血浆ET-1和NO。[结果]模型对照组与正常对照组中血液流变学比较,(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义,并结合大鼠表征证明造模成功。麝香舒活精组、金辛镇痛液低中高剂量组与模型组比较,能不同程度地降低大鼠血液流变学指标,并且大鼠血浆ET-1减少,而NO明显增多,P<0.01或P<0.05。[结论]金辛镇痛液对血瘀证模型大鼠有着明显的活血化瘀作用。

Abstract:[Objective] Through observing the effects of Jinxin zhentong liniment on hemorheological changes,endothelin-1(ET-1) and Nitrogenmonoxid(NO) in rats with acute blood stasis,its function of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis was investigated.[Methods] The acute blood stasis model in rats were established with subcutaneous injection of high-dose adrenaline hydrochloride and being socked in ice-water.The indexes of hemorheological parameters,ET-1 and NO in rats with acute blood stasis were detected.[Results] There was significant deference of hemorheological changes(P<0.01) between the model group and the normal group.Combining with the appeared characteristics it was demonstrated that the acute blood stasis model in rats was successfully established.Shexiang Shuhuojing group and Jinxin zhentong liniment in low/middle/high doses could not only decrease the hemorheological indexs in different degrees,but also reduce plasma ET-1(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The expression of NO was remarkably increased,(P<0.01 or P<0.05).[Conclusion] Jinxin zhentong liniment can obviously promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
