| 摘 要： | 血尿是临床常见症状，尤其是无症状镜下血尿，在全科门诊或基层卫生机构首诊中更为常见。本文通过复习相关文献，总结归纳了成人血尿的病情特点和评估内容，并指出病因治疗是根本，对原因未明者，随访很重要。希望本文能够为首诊全科医师处理成人血尿提供参考。

| Abstract: | Hematuria is a common clinical symptom, especially asymptomaticmicrohematuria (AMH) , which is more common in the first diagnosis in general practice clinics or primary health institutions. In this paper, we summarized the characteristics and evaluation contents of adults with hematuria by reviewing the relevant literatures. We conclude that the etiological treatment is fundamental, and it is important to follow-up for those whose cause is unknown. Hopefully, this paper can provide reference for the general practitioners to deal with adult hematuria. |
