| 摘 要： | 首次建立了黄杨宁酸性染料比色法。考察了各种因素对测定结果的影响。该方法可用于黄杨宁原料、片剂的含量测定及片剂的含量均匀度检查，具有灵敏度高、准确度好、操作简便等优点。

| Abstract: | An acid dye colorimetry method was developed for the determination of cyclovirobuxine D and its tablets .The influence of various factors involving in result of determination was investigated. This method can be used to determine not only the content of material and dosage form of cyclovirobuxine D, but also uniformity of dosage form. It is highly sensitive , accurate and simple. |
