摘    要:目的比较不同赋形剂的氢氧化钙糊剂体外抑制白色念珠菌的效果。方法采用常规药敏试验,观察不同赋形剂的氢氧化钙糊剂对白色念珠菌作用48h后的抑菌圈直径。结果不同赋形剂的氢氧化钙糊剂抑菌圈直径由大至小依次为:甘油加樟脑苯酚、丙二醇、生理盐水。结论甘油加樟脑苯酚及丙二醇赋形剂较生理盐水赋形剂与氢氧化钙混合使用抗菌效果较佳。

Abstract:Objective To compare the antimicrobial activity of calcium hydroxide mixed with different vehicles against Candida albicans in vitro. [WTHZ]Methods We observed the diameters of bacterial inhibition zones after Candida albicans with the medicaments incubated for 48 hours. Results Calcium hydroxide with 30% glycerin and camphorated phenol demonstrated the largest zones of inhibition; calcium hydroxide with propylene glycol demonstrated larger inhibition zones than calcium hydroxide with sterile physiological saline. Conclusion Calcium hydroxide with 30% glycerin and camphorated phenol or propylene glycol had more efficient antimicrobial activity than calcium hydroxide with sterile physiological saline against Candida albicans in vitro.
