| 摘 要： | 目的:测定医院制剂中色素含量,为规范药品中添加食用色素提供良好的检测方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,在Kromasil C18柱上,以乙腈－磷酸盐缓冲溶液(0.02 mol•L 1,pH＝6.0)为流动相,同时分离医院制剂中常用色素的含量,检测波长254 nm.结果:在254 nm处分离色素,方法简便,分离度高,快速,准确.结论:医院制剂中色素超标比较普遍.

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine synthetic pigments in hospital preparations with the use of HPLC. Methods:Synthetic pigments frequently used in hospital preparations were simultaneously separated on a Kromasil C18 column with acetonitrile phosphate buffer solution(pH:6) as the mobile phase, the detector wavelength being 254 nm. Results:To separate pigments at a wavelength of 254nm is a simple and convenient, rapid and accurate method with a high separation nate. Conclusion: The finding of superstandard amounts of synthetic pigments in hospital preparations is relatively common. |
