| 摘 要： | 目的 研究黄芪抗Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-Ⅰ)的作用。方法 在人胚肺二倍体细胞系统中,采用对病毒所致细胞病变的抑制实验,观察黄芪水煎液抗HSV-I的药效。结果 黄芪水煎液的半数抑制浓度为0.98µg/ml,最小有效浓度为1.95µg/ml,治疗指数为128。结论 黄芪有较显著的抗HSV-Ⅰ作用,且对细胞毒性低。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the inhibitory eff ec ts of Astragalus membranaceus on herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1).Methods In the 2BS cells infected with HSV-1, the antiviral effect of Astragalus membranac eus decoction was investigated by observing the inhibition of HSV-1-induced cyt opathic effect in response to treatment with the decoction.Results The half in hibition concentration (IC50) and minimal inhibition concentration (MIC) of Astr agalus membranaceus were 0.98 and 1.95µg/ml respectively, with the therapeutic index (TI) of 128.Conclusion Astragalus membranaceus has obvious HSV-1-inhibit -ing efficacy and low cytotoxicity. |
