| 摘 要： | 目的 分析蛋白激酶CK2α在卵巢癌中表达意义及其与基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的相关性.方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测卵巢单纯性囊肿,卵巢良性瘤,卵巢癌组织中CK2α和MMP-2的表达情况,同时选取正常卵巢组织作为对照.结果 CK2α在卵巢癌组织中的表达明显高于单纯性囊肿和卵巢良性组织(P <0.01);CK2α蛋白表达水平与组织分级和临床分期有关(P <0.05);CK2α与MMP-2在卵巢癌中的表达有一定的相关性(r=0.543).结论 CK2α在卵巢癌中的表达明显升高,其与MMP-2在卵巢癌中有一定的相关性可能与肿瘤的发生发展、浸润、转移有密切关系.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression and significance of casein kinase 2 α(CK2α)in ovarian tumors and to analyze the correlation between CK2α expression and matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2).Methods Surgical specimens in paraffin of simple ovarian cysts,benign ovarian tumor and ovarian cancer tissue,and normal ovarian tissue were collected.The expression levels of CK2α and MMP-2 were detected with immunohistochemical streptavidin-peroxidase conjugate(SP)method.Results The expression of CK2α protein in ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in simple ovarian cysts and benign ovarian tumor(P <0.01).The expression of CK2α protein was correlated with histological type and clinical stage of the cancer(P <0.05).Positive correlation was observed between the expression of CK2α and MMP-2(r=0.372).Conclusion The upregulation of CK2α expression and its correlation with MMP-2 are related to the progression and metastasis of ovarian carcinoma. |
