      目的 评估MR肺容积测算法应用于胸廓畸形评估的可行性。方法 选取胸廓畸形患儿52例,包括漏斗胸40例,鸡胸4例,扁平胸8例,术前行胸部MR检查,应用手绘-分层测量求和法测量患儿肺容量;行胸部CT检查,应用阈值限定及容积再现技术计算患儿肺容积;行常规肺功能检查,记录肺活量、深吸气量结果。比较采用MR测得的肺容积与CT肺容积间的相关性,分别比较MR肺容积、CT肺容积与肺功能检查结果之间的相关性。结果 基于MR与基于CT的双肺总容积、左肺容积、右肺容积间的相关性均较好(r=0.91、0.91、0.91,P均<0.01),CT肺容积与肺活量、深吸气量间的相关系数分别为0.78,0.70,MR肺容积与肺活量、深吸气量的系数分别为0.79,0.68(P均<0.01)。结论 采用MR图像测得的肺容积结果与常规CT肺容积重建结果一致性好,可以代替CT检查测量肺容积进行远期随诊。

      Objective To evaluate the feasibility of MR lung volume measurement technique for the evaluation of thoracic deformity. Methods Totally 52 children with thoracic deformity were selected, including 40 cases of pectus excavatum, 4 cases of pectus carinatum, and 8 cases of flat chest. MR examinations were performed to obtain the pulmonary volume using the hand-painted and layered calculation measurement. Chest CT scans were performed, and then the threshold limited and volume rendering technique were used to calculate the pulmonary volume. The routine pulmonary function tests (PFT) were performed to obtain vital capacity and inspiratory capacity. The correlation between lung volume based on MR and CT were analyzed, and the correlation between the lung volume of MR, CT and PFT were analyzed, respectively. Results The correlation of lung volume (left, right and bilateral lung) based on MR and CT were good (r=0.91, 0.91, 0.91, all P<0.01). The correlation index between CT lung volume and vital capacity, inspiratory capacity were 0.78, 0.70, respectively, and the correlation between MR lung volume and vital capacity, inspiratory capacity were 0.79, 0.68, respectively (all P<0.01). Conclusion The correlation of lung volume based on MR and CT is good, MR lung volume measurement technique can be used to replace CT for long-term follow-up.
