早期护理干预联合中医治疗重度颅脑外伤的效果观察

目的探讨重度颅脑外伤患者采用早期护理干预联合中医治疗的神经功能康复效果。方法将2014-08―2016-08郑州市第九人民医院神经内科收治的50例重度颅脑外伤患者随机分为2组,均给予常规西医治疗,对照组辅助常规护理,观察组采用早期护理干预联合中医治疗,比较2组神经功能、精神状态、肢体运动功能以及生活质量。结果观察组NIHSS、MMSE、FMA评分均较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生存质量综合评定问卷(GQLI)中躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能、物质生活条件评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重度颅脑外伤患者采用早期护理干预联合中医治疗效果显著,利于神经功能及肢体运动的早期恢复,改善患者精神状态及生活质量。

Effect of early nursing intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine on severe craniocerebral trauma

Objective To investigate the effects of early nursing intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine on neurological rehabilitation in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods 50 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma admitted to the Department of Neurology,Zhengzhou Ninth People's Hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.All patients were treated with routine Western medicine,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group used early nursing intervention.Combined with Chinese medicine treatment,the two groups were compared for neurological function,mental state,limb motor function and quality of life.Results The scores of NIHSS,MMSE and FMA in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical health,mental health,social function and material living conditions in the observation group comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire(GQLI).The scores were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with severe craniocerebral trauma have significant effects in early treatment intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine,which is beneficial to the early recovery of neurological function and limb movement,and improves the mental state and quality of life of patients.
