| 摘 要： | 目的 了解脑血管疾病偏瘫患者肺通气功能变化。方法采用德国肺功能仪对39例脑血管疾病偏瘫患者行肺通气功能检查并与22例同龄健康人的肺通气功能结果作比较。结果 脑血管疾病偏瘫组VC、FEV1、PEF显著降低,FEV1/FCV、FEF75未见明显变化。结论脑血管疾病偏瘫患者存在限制性通气障碍和呼吸肌无力,而无阻塞性通气功能障碍和小气道病变。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of pulmonary ventilation function in cerebrovascular patients with hemiplegia. Methods The pulmonary ventilation function of 39 cases of cerebrovascular disease patients accompanied with hemiplegia were measured by Germany Pulmonary Function Unit.22 cases of healthy persons matched in ages were also measured as a control. Results The VC,FEV1,PEF were significantly decreased in the cerebrovascular disease patients accompanied with hemiplegia, while FEV1/FCY and FEF75 showed no obvious changes. Conclusion There were limited ventilation dysfunction and respiratory muscle disability in cerebrovascular disease patients with hemiplegia, but there were not obstructed ventilation dysfunction and small airway disease. |
