杜密克治疗肝硬化引起的肝性脑病的疗效观察

目的 观察杜密克治疗肝硬化引起的肝性脑病的临床疗效.方法 将56例由乙肝或丙肝致肝硬化而出现肝性脑病患者随机分为治疗组(n=32)和对照组(n=24).治疗组接受杜密克口服液,对照组接受常规护肝治疗,经治疗2周后,观察临床疗效、肝功能、血氨、脑电图等变化.结果 杜密克组显效9例(28.1%),有效14例(43.8%),无效9例(28.1%),死亡2例(6.3%),总有效率为71.9%;而对照组显效2例(8.3%),有效3例(12.5%),无效19例(79.2%),死亡5例(20.8%),总有效率为20.8%.两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P＜0.001).杜密克组血氨浓度显著降低(P＜0.01).结论 杜密克是预防和治疗肝炎肝硬化患者肝性脑病的有效药物,可改善临床症状.

Clinical effects of Duphalac on hepatic encephaiopathy in patients with liver cirrhosis

] Objective To study the effects of Duphalac on hepatic encephalopathy in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods 56 patients with hepatic encephalopathy after hepatitis B or C liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.Patients in treatment group(n=32)were treated with Duphalac,while control patients(n=24)were treated with routine medicine.The efficacy was determined 2 wks after treatment.The serum ammonia and liver function tests were analyzed subsequently.Results In Duphalac-treated group,9 patients(28.1%)showed marked improvement of clinical syndromes,14 cases(43.8%)with improvement,9 cases(28.1%)without any response,and 2 died(6.3%),the total rate of effects was 71.9%.However,control group had 2 patients(8.3%)with marked improvement,3 patients(12.5%)with improvement,19 patients(79.2%)with no response,and 5 died(20.8%),the total rate of effects was 20.8%.There was significantly difference in total rate of effect between 2 groups(P<0.01).The serum ammonia in Duphalac-treated group was also significantly decreased than that in controls(P<0.05).Conclusion Duphalac is effective in the control of hepatic encephalopathy in patients with liver cirrhosis,and improves clinical syndromes.
