脑梗死患者血清和脑脊液中白细胞介素-8水平的测定及意义

摘    要:目的探讨脑梗死患者急性期血清和脑脊液(CSF)中白细胞介素-8(LI-8)水平的变化及临床意义.方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法,对63例脑梗死患者及30例对照组血清和CSF中IL-8水平进行检测.结果脑梗死患者急性期血清和CSF中IL-8水平均显著高于对照组(均P<0.01),大面积脑梗死患者血清和CSF中IL-8水平显著高于小面积脑梗死患者(分别P<0.01和P<0.05),血清和CSF中IL-8水平与脑梗死后神经功能缺损的程度明显相关(分别r=0.39和r=0.44,均P<0.01).结论脑梗死患者急性期血清和CSF中IL-8水平的测定,对判断病情有很重要的价值.

Abstract:Objective To explore the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8) in serum and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) in patients with cerebral infarction(CI) during the acute stage and its clinical value.Methods The levels of IL-8 in serum and CSF were measured in 63 patients with CI and 30 controls by using ELISA.Results The levels of IL-8 in serum and CSF in patients with CI significantly increased compared with that of controls(both P<0.01).Patients with a large infarction had significantly higher levels of IL-8 than those with a small infarction in serum (P<0.01) and CSF (P<0.05).The levels of IL-8 in serum and CSF were significantly correlated with severity of neurological deficit in patients with CI(r=0.39,r=0.44,respectively,both P<0.01).Conclusion The levels of IL-8 in serum and CSF in patients with CI have an important value for judging clinical conditions after stroke onset.
