| 摘 要： | 目的探讨亚低温治疗重症脑血管病患者的临床意义。方法病人入院确诊后,随机分为亚低温治疗研究组(30例)和常规治疗组(20例);亚低温组分出血组和缺血组。亚低温治疗组与常规治疗组于治疗前、后30d进行神经功能缺损程度评分。结果亚低温治疗组比常规治疗组降低神经功能缺损程度评分明显(P<0.01);出血组优于缺血组(P<0.05)。结论亚低温治疗重症脑血管病患者,能降低神经功能缺损程度评分,出血组更明显,有利于神经功能恢复,提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of treating cerebrovascular serious patients with low temperature. Methods The patients were divided into study group 30 cases and treatment group 20 cases. Study group was divided into cerebral hemorrhage and lack blood . Low temperature group and regular group were given a mark to damage cranical nerve function before and after treatment for 30 days. Results Low temperature was released the damage mark(P<0.01)than regular group. Hemorrhage group was finer than lack blood group(P<0.05). Conclusion Cerebrovascular serious patients with low temperature treating can decrease the mark of cranial nerve function. Hemorrhage group get marked results.It is helpful for recovering cranial nerve function and raising the level of their life. |
