| 摘 要： | 目的观察早期应用局部亚低温治疗急性脑血管病的临床疗效方法将90例急性脑血管病患者随机分为两组:治疗组46例在常规药物治疗的基础上早期加用局部亚低温治疗,对照组44例仅予常规药物治疗。在治疗前及治疗后不同时间点对两组进行NIH神经功能评分和Barthel指数评分对比。结果治疗组第2、4、8周NIHSS评分较对照组降低(P<0.05),第4、8、12周Barthel指数评分较对照组提高(P<0.05)。结论早期局部亚低温治疗可促进急性脑血管病患者神经功能的恢复,明显改善预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of the local mild hypothermia in the treatment of aucte cerebrovascular disease at early stage.Methods 90 patients were divided into two groups:treatment group(46 cases) received conventional treatment plus local mild hypothermia at early stage,while control group (44 cases) only accepted conventional treatment.NIH stroke scale and Barthel index scale were compared at different times before and after treatment in two groups.Results NIH stroke scale of treatment group decreased at 2,4 and 8 weeks (P<0.05),Barthelindex scale increased at 4,8 and 12 weeks(P<0.05).Conclusion The early local mild hypothermia therapy can promote neural-funtion recovery,and significantly improve prognosis of acute cerebrovascular disease patients. |
