早期认知行为干预对青年脑梗死患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨早期认知行为干预对青年脑梗死患者生活质量的影响。方法将60例青年脑梗死患者随机分为实验组39例,对照组21例。2组患者常规治疗,实验组给予认知行为干预,2组治疗前、后分别进行简易智能量表(MMSE)评分、Hamilton抑郁量表评分(HAMD)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)。结果2组相比,治疗前各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过4周治疗后,2组各项评分比较,简易智能量表评分和Hamilton抑郁量表评分、生活质量综合评定问卷评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预在青年脑梗死患者治疗中作用效果明显,能显著提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of early cognitive-behavioral intervention for life quality of the youth cerebral infarction

Objective To study the effect of the cognitive-behavioral therapy to the quality of life of the youth cerebral infarction in the earlier period.MethodsSixty cases of young patients were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was 39 cases,control group was 21 cases.Both groups were treated with routine medications,while experimental group was also treated with cognitive-behavioral therapy in addition.All the patients were evaluated with the mini-mental state examination(MMSE),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and general quality of life inventory(GQOLI-74) before and after treatment.ResultsBefore treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups.After four weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups with MMSE and HAMD as well as GQOLI-74(P<0.01).ConclusionThe cognitive-behavioral therapy is effective in the treatment of youth cerebral infarction.
