| 摘 要： | 目的 评价国家Ⅰ类新药丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的疗效.方法 将100例急性脑梗死患者随机分丁苯酞治疗组50例和对照组50例.对照组给予银杏叶提取物注射液20ml静滴,1次/d;阿司匹林100mg口服,1次/d,疗程2周;治疗组在对照组基础上给予丁苯酞软胶囊口服0.2g/次,3次/d,疗程2周.治疗结束时进行临床疗效观察并评定治疗前后神经功能缺损评分的变化.结果 丁苯酞治疗组的治愈率、显效率及总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论 丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死有显著疗效,且用药安全.
