| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尽早鼻饲饮食对脑卒中患者营养状况、感染并发症及近期神经功能的影响。方法160例脑卒中伴吞咽困难的患者分为研究组和对照组,研究组患者于发病后48 h内给予鼻饲肠内营养,对照组患者于发病10 d后给予鼻饲肠内营养。观察两组患者入院21 d的血清白蛋白及血红蛋白水平。比较两组神功能缺损改善程度及感染率。结果研究组入院21 d的血清白蛋白及血红蛋白水平明显高于对照组,感染率低于对照组,神经功能缺损改善程度优于对照组。结论卒中后吞咽困难早期鼻饲肠内营养支持可改善机体的营养状况、减少感染、改善近期神经功能。
