血清IL-8、脂蛋白a水平与脑梗死的相关性研究

目的:探讨脑梗死患者血清白细胞介素-8、脂蛋白a、载脂蛋白、血脂、空腹血糖水平与脑梗死的关系。方法:采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)定量测定32例脑梗死患者发病后3天内的血清白细胞介素-8水平,同时检测脂蛋白a、载脂蛋白、血脂、空腹血糖,应用多田氏公式计算梗死体积。结果:脑梗死组白细胞介素-8显著高于对照组,大面积脑梗死(≥9m1)与小面积脑梗死(<9m1)的血清白细胞介素-8水平比较差异显著(p<0.01);脑梗死组血清脂蛋白a、甘油三酯、载脂蛋白A、载脂蛋白B、空腹血糖与对照组相比差异均显著(p<0.05)。结论:白细胞介素-8参与了急性脑梗死后的病理生理过程并与病灶的大小有关;脂蛋白a、载脂蛋白及血脂的测定对早期发现和预防缺血性脑血管病具有极为重要的意义

The correlations of interleukin-8 and liporotein (a) with cerebral infarction

Objective：To explore the corrrlation of serum interleukin-8（IL-8）,liporotein（a）Lp（a）],apolipoprotein,serum lipid,fasting serum glucose（FSG）with cerebral infarction（CI）.Methods：The serum levels of IL-8 in 32 patients with acute cerebral infarction were measured by double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）,at the same time Lp（a）,apolipoprotein,serum lipid and FSG were measured.The volumes of cerebral infarction were calculated by Coniglobus Formula.Results：The levels of serum IL-8 in 32 patients with acute Cerebral infartion were higher than those in the controls.The levels of serum IL-8.in the large volume of CI（≥9ml）were higher than those in the small volume（〈9ml）（p〈0.01）.The levels of serum IL-8,Lp（a）,trilyeride（TG）,applipoproteinA（ApoA）,apolipoproteinB（ApoB）and FSGin 32 patients were ligher than those in the controls（p〈0.05）.Conclusion：IL-8 is not only involved in the occurrence and devlopment of the disease but also related to the volume of focus.It is significant for detecting and preventing ischemic cerebrovascular disease by mensurating Lp（a）,apolipoprotein and serum lipid.
