| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经精神狼疮(NPLE)患者脑脊液(CSF)的改变规律,为NPLE的诊断提供依据。方法对18例NPLE患者和20例非NPLE患者CSF常规、生化、免疫学指标进行检测,并与疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)进行相关分析。结果NPLE组的CSF压力、细胞数、蛋白质、免疫球蛋白、抗核抗体(ANA)均较非狼疮性脑病SLE患者升高;疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)与脑脊液压力、蛋白定量、细胞数、IgG呈正相关。结论神经精神狼疮患者脑脊液CSF的细胞数、蛋白质、ANA升高、并与疾病活动情况呈正相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the rule of the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) changes in patients with neuropsychiatric lupus erythematosus(NPLE) and provide strong evidences for the diagnosis of NPLE.
