| 摘 要： | 目的通过检测吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)患者血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白介素-17(IL-17)的变化,进一步探讨免疫球蛋白静脉滴注(IVIG)治疗对不同亚型吉兰-巴雷综合征患者体内免疫功能的影响。方法选择临床诊断为GBS的患者30例,分为AIDP组21例,AMAN组9例,发病2w内均给予IVIG冲击治疗;采用ELISA法检测30例GBS患者治疗前后血清IFN-γ和IL-17的水平。结果 AIDP组和AMAN组GBS患者IVIG治疗后显效率分别为66.7%和55.6%;IVIG治疗后AIDP组患者血清中IFN-γ和IL-17均显著降低,而AMAN组变化不明显。结论 IVIG可调节AIDP患者体内的细胞免疫功能,治疗两种亚型GBS效果均好,应该做为GBS患者的首选药物。

The effect of immunoglobulin on immune function in patients with different subsets of Guillian-Barre syndrome |

| Abstract: | Objective To test the concentration of interferon -γ(IFN-γ) and interleukin-17(IL-17) in the patients with Guillian-Barre syndrome (GBS) and to approach the effect of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) on immune function in patients with different subsets of GBS further .Methods 30 patients with GBS were chosed and divided into two groups: AIDP (n=21) and AMAN (n=9).All cases were performed of IVIG within two weeks .The levels of IFN-γand IL-17 were detected using ELISA method .Results The efficiency of IVIG treating AIDP and AMAN were 66.7% and 55.6% respectively.The concentration of IFN-γand IL-17 were significantly in AIDP after treating with IVIG (P<0.05), but there were no such obvious changes in AMAN .Conclusion The study prompted that IVIG could modulate the immune primary agent for treating GBS . |
