| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑梗死合并代谢综合征(MS)的临床特点。方法收集急性脑梗死患者214例,根据是否伴有代谢综合征分为代谢综合征组116例(MS)和非代谢综合征组98例(nMS)。结果 MS组脑梗死的神经功能缺失评分、复发率和死亡率均显著高于nMS组脑梗死;MS组脑梗死的C-反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原、尿酸和空腹胰岛素水平也显著高于nMS组脑梗死。结论代谢综合征影响脑梗死预后,代谢综合征与脑梗死的危险因素存在一定的关联性。
