短暂性脑缺血发作患者血小板活化程度及其临床意义

目的 探讨短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者血小板活化程度及其临床意义.方法 应用彩色多普勒超声仪检测72例TIA患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度;应用流式细胞仪检测血小板活化因子PAC-1与P-选择素(CD62P)水平,并与正常对照组(30例)进行比较.结果 TIA组PAC-1和CD62P水平显著高于正常对照组(均P<0.01);TIA组中,颈动脉粥样硬化程度越高,PAC-1和CD62P水平越高;颈动脉斑块亚组PAC-1和CD62P水平明显高于颈动脉IMT增厚亚组(均P<0.05);不稳定斑块亚组显著高于稳定斑块亚组(均P<0.01).结论 TIA患者血小板活化程度明显增高.检测TIA患者血小板活化程度有助于判断颈动脉粥样硬化的程度.

Levels and its clinical significance of activated platelets in patients with transient ischemic attack

Objective To investigate the levels and its clinical significance of activated platelets in patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA). Methods Color Doppler flow imaging was used to measure the degree of carotid atherosclerosis in 72 patients with TIA(TIA group). Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to measure the levels of PAC-1 and CD62P. They were compared with 30 healthy controls(NC guoup). Results The levels of PAC-1 and CD62P in TIA group were significantly higher than those in NC group (allP<0.01). In TIA group,the degree of carotid atherosclerosis was higher, levels of PAC-1 and CD62P were higher. The levels of PAC-1 and CD62P in TIA with carotid plaque subgroup were significantly higher than those in TIA with thickened IMT of carotid subgroup(allP<0.05). Also, the levels of PAC-1 and CD62P in TIA with unstable carotid plaque subgroup were significantly higher than those in TIA with stable carotid plaque subgroup(allP<0.01). Conclusions The levels of activated platelets are significantly higher in patients with TIA. Examination of the levels of activated plateletsis can helpful to distinguish the degree of carotid atherosclerosis.
