| 摘 要： | 目的：评价阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应。方法：64例精神分裂症患者,随机分为两组,分别给予阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗8周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评定疗效及不良反应。结果：阿立哌唑组显效率为78.1%,利培酮组为75.0%。利培酮组锥体外系反应稍高于阿立哌唑组。结论：阿立哌唑与利培酮疗效相似,锥体外系反应比利培酮少,是一种有效、安全的抗精神病药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the adverse events and efficacy of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia.Method:Sixty-four cases of schizophrenia were randomly divided into aripiprazole group and risperidone group.The course of treatments was 8 weeks.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),and side effects were assessed by treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).Results:The rates of marked improvement in aripiprazole group and risperidone group were 78.1% and 75.0% respectively.The extracorticospinal(EPS) tract reaction was more severe in risperidone group than in aripiprazole group.Conclusion:Aripiprazole,as well as risperidone,is one of effective antipsychotics and less EPS in the treatment of schizophrenia. |
