| 摘 要： | 目的:调查精神科首诊抑郁症患者特征.方法:调查196例初次就诊精神科的抑郁症患者,对病程、就诊主动性、非精神科求治史等特征及其他相关因素进行分析. 结果:患者至精神科门诊初诊时平均病程(6.4±4.4)个月,仅37.6％患者主动来诊,46.7％曾求治过非精神科.逐步回归分析显示,影响初诊时病程的因素为性别、文化程度及发...

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the characteristics of first-visiting outpatients with depression in psychiatric clinic.Method：196 first-visiting outpatients with depression in psychiatric clinic were investigated.Duration,initiative visiting,history of diagnosis and treatment in non-psychiatric clinic,and other relative factors were analyzed.Results：The average duration that patients visited firstly psychiatric clinic was（6.4±4.4） months,37.6% patients visited initiatively,and 46.7% patients have visited non-psychiatric clinic.Stepwise regression analysis showed that the factors related to the duration that patients visited firstly psychiatric clinic were gender,education and first-onset age,The behavior of non-psychiatric visiting was affected mainly by somatic symptoms.Conclusion：Most patients with depression were and their first visits were delayed and compelled to visit psychiatric clinic. |
