不同剂量西酞普兰抗抑郁疗效及安全性比较

目的:比较不同剂量西酞普兰治疗抑郁障碍的疗效及不良反应. 方法:将抑郁发作的患者分别用西酞普兰20 mg/d、 40 mg/d,治疗6周.采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应. 结果:31例完成6周观察,20 mg组14例,40 mg组17例.两组有效率和痊愈率差异无显著性.阻滞因子的改善20 mg组显著好于40 mg组.焦虑因子的改善40 mg组显著好于20 mg组.两组不良反应差异无显著性. 结论:西酞普兰20 mg/d、 40 mg/d均有很好的抗抑郁疗效,不良反应轻微,耐受性好.

Therapeutic effect and security in depressive patients with various doses of citalopram

Objective:To compare the efficacy and security of various doses of citalopram to the depressive patients. Method:Patients with depressive episode were orally administered citalopram 20 mg/d or 40 mg/d respectively for six weeks.Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD),clinical general impressional scale(CGI)and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) were assessed. Results:31 patients were observed for 6 weeks,14 patients were treated by 20 mg/d and 17 patients were treated by 40 mg/d.The efficacy rate and the recovery rate of the 20 mg/d group and 40 mg/d had no remarkabled difference,retarded factor of HAMD was significantly better in 20 mg/d group than 40 mg/d group.Anxiety factor was significantly better in 40 mg/d group than 20 mg/d group.There was no significant difference between the adverse reaction rate of two groups. Conclusion:Citalopram shows excellent therapeutic effect for depressive patients both in 20 mg/d and in 40 mg/d and also has little adverse effect which is easy to be tolreant.
