| 摘 要： | 对四单位１３６例住院抑郁障碍病人进行了舍曲林与阿米替林随机双盲对照研究，用ＨＡＭＤ，ＣＧＩ和ＴＥＳＳ评定疗效和副作用，结果显示：舍曲林疗效与阿米替林相当，而有耐受性好、副作用小的特点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the efficacy and side effects between sertraline and amitriptyline.Method:136 inpatients with major depression from four psychiatric centres in China were recruited in the double blind controlled study.Sertraline,a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor was compared with amitriptyline using HAMD,CGI and TESS.Results:There was no significant difference in the reduction of HAMD and CGI in both groups.Amitriptyline was less well tolerated than sertraline with more side effects in general,and the anticholinergic specifically.Discussion:Sertraline is an effective antidepressant comparable to amitriptyline with less side effects. |
