精神药物中毒124例临床分析

目的；了解服大量精神药物自杀中毒患者的临床表现及抢救措施。方法；对服大量精神药物自杀中毒的１２４例精神病毒患者作临床分析。结果；抑郁和幻觉妄想是服毒自杀的主要原因。意识障碍程度与药物种类，剂量及抢救是否及时有密切关系，氯氮平或氯丙嗪中毒昏迷发生率高；吞服药物剂量愈大，昏迷发生率愈高。

Clinical analysis of 124 cases of suicidal attempts with psychotropic drugs

Objective:To study the clinical presentation and resuscitation measures in suicidal attempts with psychotropic drugs. Method:124 mental patients who attempted suicide with large doses of psychotropic drugs were collected and analysed. Results:Drug overdosage was associated with depression,hallucination and delusion.There was close relationship between the disturbance of conscious level,time lapsed before resuscitation,type and dose of psychotropics.Coma was foten associated with clozapine and chlorpromazine.Methylphenidate and physostigmine proved useful when conscious level was disturbed. Conclusion:Close monitoring of mental state and safe keeping of psychotropic drugs are effective measures to prevent suicidal behaviour with overdosage.
