不同时期司法凶杀案件鉴定比较

目的：探讨不同时期司法精神病鉴定凶杀案件的特征。方法：采用自编司法精神病鉴定案例调查表,对1990年至1999年期间256例（前期组）和2000年至2007年期间179例（后期组）司法鉴定的凶杀案件进行比较。结果：与前期组比较,后期组凶杀案比率减少（χ2=35.55,P〈0.01）;无业者增多（χ2=24.91,P〈0.05）;农民减少（χ2=53.37,P〈0.05）;外省人员增多（χ2=24.30,P〈0.05）;由家属举鉴者增多（χ2=35.55,P〈0.05）;作案手段残忍者增多（χ2=26.65,P〈0.01）;鉴定为无精神病者增多（χ2=74.00,P〈0.01）;而精神分裂症减少（χ2=16.3,P〈0.05）;评定为完全刑事责任能力者增多（χ2=30.44,P〈0.01）。结论：新时期司法精神病鉴定凶杀案件的特征存在显著变化,值得引起重视。

A comparative study of forensic psychiatry of homicide cases in different period of times

Objective：To explore the characteristics of homicide cases of forensic psychiatry in different times.Method：A comparative study was conducted between 256 cases from 1990 to 1999（controlled group）and 179 cases from 2000 to 2007（studied group）with self-made forensic mental illness authentication questionnaire.Results：Proportion of homicide cases in controlled group was significantly higher than that in studied group（12.91%,χ2=35.55,P〈0.01）.Proportion of unemployed cases in studied group was significantly higher than that in controlled group,while proportion of peasants in studied group was significantly lower than that in controlled group（χ2=24.91,53.37;P〈0.05）.Proportion of nonlocal cases in studied group was significantly higher than that in controlled group（χ2=24.30,P〈0.05）.Proportion of relatives＇ application for authentication in studied group was significantly higher than that in controlled group（χ2=35.55,P〈0.05）.Proportion of authentication For reasons that abnormal behavior at the inquest in studied group（44.7%）was significantly lower than that in controlled group（χ2=15.39,P〈0.01）.Proportion of cruel means of committing an offence in studied group was significantly higher than that in controlled group（χ2=26.65,P〈0.01）.Proportion of diagnosis of no psychosis in studied group was significantly higher than that in controlled group（χ2=74.00,P〈0.05）.Proportion of diagnosis of schizophrenia in studied group was significantly lower than that in controlled group（χ2=16.20,P〈0.05）.Proportion of assessment of full capacity for duties in studied group was significantly higher than that in controlled group（χ2=30.44,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Significant differences are found in characteristics of forensic psychiatry of homicide cases between new and old period of times,which deserves us to paying more attention to.
