氟伏沙明联合奥氮平治疗伴精神病性症状抑郁症对照研究

目的：探讨氟伏沙明合并奥氮平对有精神病性症状抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将115例患者随机分为氟伏沙明联合奥氮平组、氟伏沙明联合舒必利组,疗程8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）观察疗效,用治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果：治疗8周两组BPRS、HAMD总分及各因子分均较治疗前显著降低（P均〈0.01）;氟伏沙明联合奥氮平组起效较快,疗效亦较好。两组不良反应接近。结论：氟伏沙明联合奥氮平治疗有精神病性症状的抑郁症疗效肯定,安全性高。

A comparative study of fluvoxamine combined with olanzapin in treatment of depression with psychotic symptoms

Objective：To explore the curative effect and safety of fluvoxamine combining olanzapin in treatment of depression with psychotic symptoms. Method：156 patients with depressive disorder were randomly divided into single used fluvoxamine group,fluvoxamine combined with low dose olanzapin group and fluvoxamine combined with low dose sulpirid group for 8 weeks. Hamilton depression rating scale（ HAMD） ,brief psychiatric rating scale（ BPRS） and treatment emergent symptoms scale（ TESS） were used to evaluate efficacy and side effects. Results：Compared with pretreatment,scores of the BPRS and HAMD in each week significantly decreased in three groups（ P 0. 01） ; The fluvoxamine combined with olanzapin group takes effect faster and showed more effecitive than other groups. There was no obvious difference in the score of the TESS among the three groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：Fluvoxamine combining low dose olanzapin takes effect faster and has notable curative effect and higher safety in treatment of depression with psychotic symptoms.
