精神分裂症患者社会危害及致残率研究

目的：了解精神分裂症患者对社会危害及致残情况。方法：以１９８４年第１次调查抽样框架为基础，采用两阶段确认病例法，逐户筛选调查，再按ＣＣＭＤ－２和ＩＣＤ－１０诊断标准进行验证，调查其社会危害及致残情况。结果：在２９６例精神分裂症患者中发生社会危害事件４１４次，平均１．４次，为正常人群的８２４倍，精神分裂症现患病人至于致残率为９３．６％。结论：精神分裂症患者社会危害事件和致残率均甚高，必须引起注意。

A study on society influence and the rate of deformity in schizophrenia

Objective:The purposes of this study were to investigate the incidence of endangering the society and the rate of deformity in patients with schizophrenia. Method:On the basis of the first sampling material, we investigated 26 460 families door by door,and selected patients who met with CCMD 2 and ICD 10 criteria for schizophrenia as our targets, then studied their social influence and the rate of deformity. Results:The incidence of endangering the society was significantly higher in schizophrenic patients than the normal controls, the rate of deformity in schizophrenia was 93 6%. Conclusion:Both of the incidence of endangering the society and the rate of deformity are very high in schizophrenia, we should pay more attention to recovering the patients' social function.
