齐拉西酮治疗首发精神分裂症对照研究

目的:比较齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法:分别以齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症各30例,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)及治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应,在治疗前及治疗第1、2、4、8周末各评定1次。结果:齐拉西酮有效率83.3%,显效率73.3%,利培酮有效率86.7%,显效率76.7%。齐拉西酮不良反应少于利培酮。结论:齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症疗效较好,不良反应轻。

A comparative study of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treament of schizophrenia

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety between ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Method:30 schizophrenic patients were treated by ziprasidone and another 30 schizophrenic patients were treated by risperidone respectively.Positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)was used to evaluate clinical efficacy and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)for adverse effects before and after 1,2,4,8 treatment weeks.Results:The response rate and response markedly rate was 83.3% and 73.3% in ziprasidone treatment patients,and which was 86.7% and 76.7% in risperidone treatment patients.Ziprasidone has less adverse effects than risperidone.Conclusion:Ziprasidone has better treatment efficacy and less adverse effects in schizophrenia.
