影响无痉挛电休克治疗成败的因素分析

对１３１次无痉挛电休克治疗（ＥＣＴ）进行分组对照研究，发现除适当的肌肉松弛剂（司可林）、麻醉药量和通电量外，通电时机是影响治疗成败的关键。当去极化成束肌颤在四肢远端结束时，是通电治疗的最佳时刻。

Factors affecting the efficacy of modified electroconvulsive therapy

Objective:To study the factors affecting the efficacy of modified electroconvulsivc therapy(ECT).Method:Thirty two patients who received ECT treatment one hundred and thirty one times were classified as responders and non-responders according to criteria set by the author.The response was correlated with seven technical variables.Results:The timing of passing electric current was the only significant factor.It was optimal when the muscle fibrillations disappeared at the extremities.Discussion:Accurate timing of passing electric current improves the efficacy of ECT treatment.Good reference points include disappearance of muscle fibrilations or 60 to 80 seconds after administration of scoline.
