| 摘 要： | 应用张明园等编制的生活事件量表，对６所专业机构中符合ＣＣＭＤ—２—Ｒ标准的精神分裂症１３７例、情感性精神障碍９１例、神经症１１２例及各组家属共计３４０例，分别询问病人的生活事件（ＬＥＳ），分析不同时限两种信息来源的评定结果及其一致性。研究表明，两种信息来源的２４个月的ＬＥＳ结果在精神分裂症组有极显著差异，即家属提供的ＬＥＳ总分远高于病人提供的ＬＥＳ总分，若按分型比较，结论相同；把病人分成三组，不论ＬＥＳ采集的时限长短，两种信息来源的结果均呈极显著相关；用累计百分率将全部病人和家属提供的２４个月ＬＥＳ总分和负性事件总分进行分段，三组疾病的一致性均较高（Ｋｗ＝０．５１１～０．７９７，Ｐ值均＜０．０１）。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare reports of life events by psychiatrie patients and thcir relatives.Method:340 patients from six centres including 137 schizophrenia,91 major affective disorder,112 neurosis (CCMD-2-R) and their relatives were interviewed with the Life Events Scale (LES,Zhang Mingyuan version).Results:Relatives reported significantly more life events over a 24 month period than patients in the schizophrenic group.Otherwise,reports by patients and relatives correlated well irrespective of diagnostic categories and survey period.Discussion:Reports by relatives on life events are reliable clinical information. |
