医院内职业康复对精神症状的影响

目的：评估医院内职业康复对慢性精神分裂症患者精神症状的影响。方法：83例慢性精神病住院患者随机分为康复组和对照组，对康复组病例施行医院内职业康复，在治疗前、后以简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）、阳性症状评定量表（SAPS）、阴性症状评定量表（SANS）、住院病人护士观察量表（NOSIE－30）评估。疗程6个月。结果：康复组BRPS总分及缺乏活力和思维障碍两个因子的减分值显著大于对照组；SAPS总分减分值两组间差异无显著性；康复组SANS总分及其各因子分的减分值均显著大于对照组；康复组NOSIE－30总分及社会兴趣因子的减分值显著大于对照组。结论：医院内职业康复对于慢性精神分裂症患者的精神症状有一定的影响，尤其有助于改善阴性症状。

The influence of hospitalized occupational rehabilitation on psychiatric symptoms

Objective:To examine the influence of hospitalized occupational rehabilitation on psychiatric symptoms in chronic schizophrenic patients. Method:83 qualified cases selected from chronic psychiatric inpatient department were divided into two groups randomly, of which 45 cases in treatment group accepted hospitalized occupational rehabilitation and 38 controls accepted ordinary treatment for 6 months.Psychiatric symptoms were evaluated with the brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS),the scale for the assessment of positive symptoms (SAPS),the scale for assessment of negative symptoms (SANS) and nurse observation scale for inpatient evaluation (NOSIE 30). Results:The reduction rate of BPRS total score and factor scores of lack of activity and thought disorder,SANS total score and all of its factor scores, NOSIE 30 total score and factor scores of social interests were significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group.No significant differences were found in the total score of SAPS between two groups. Conclusion: Hospitalized occupational rehabilitation does influence on psychiatric symptoms in chronic schizophrenia,especially in improving negative symptoms.
