利培酮、氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者认知功能影响的交叉试验

目的：比较利培酮和氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法：采用交叉试验，对２４例经过利培酮和氯丙嗪８周治疗的精神分裂症患者，进行简明精神病评定量表（ＢＰＲＳ）、韦氏成人智力量表的记忆／不分心因子（ＦＤ／Ｍ）和事件相关电位Ｐ３００的检查评估。结果：患者经过８周治疗后ＢＰＲＳ总分均明显下降，但两药之间无显著性差异，服用利培酮治疗的ＦＤ／Ｍ总分明显高于氯丙嗪，Ｐ３００在两药之间无显著差异。结论：利培

Comparison of cognitive function in schizophrenia treated with risperidone and chlorpromazine:a cross-over test

Objective:To compare the effects of risperidone and chlorpromazine on cognitive function in schizophrenic patients. Method:24 patients diagnosed with schizophrenia were treated with risperidone and chlorpromazine for 8 weeks by a cross over test,assessed by the brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS),three WAIS sub tests,including arithmetic,digit span and digit symbol (FD/M),and event related potential P 300 . Results:The total score of BPRS was significantly decreased after treatment with risperidone and chlorpromazine,but no significant differences between two drugs.The total score of FD/M were significantly higher in risperidone than in chlorpromazine,while no differences in P 300 was noted between two drugs. Conclusion:The study suggests that the effects of risperidone on cognitive function are better than that of chlorpromazine and the latter may affect some components of cognitive process.
