吗氯贝胺与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的临床对照研究

目的　探讨国产吗氯贝胺的抗抑郁疗效和安全性。方法　 116例抑郁症病人按 3∶1比例随机分为吗氯贝胺组 86例和阿米替林组 30例 ,治疗 8周 ,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD 2 4项 )、汉密斯尔焦虑量表(HAMA)、临床大体印象量表 (CGI)、不良反应量表 (TESS)于疗前、疗后 2、4、6、8周评定疗效和不良反应 ,并进行相应的体检和化验检查。结果　全部入选病例完成了 4周临床试验 ,完成 6周和 8周的分别为 112例和 99例。量表评分和临床评价均表明吗氯贝胺抗抑郁疗效肯定 ,吗氯贝胺组、阿米替林组在治疗 4、6、8周时的显效率 4 6 .5 %、5 3.3% ;75 .3%、88.9% ;85 .3%、82 .6 % ,两组间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。吗氯贝胺不良反应明显轻于阿米替林 ,对肝、肾功能和血压无明显影响。结论　国产吗氯贝胺抗抑郁疗效肯定且不良反应轻而少

A comparative study of moclobemide and amitriptyline in the treatment of depression

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of moclobemide.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients were involved in the study totally.According the ratio of 3 to 1, 86 patients were assigned randomly to moclobemide group,30 to amitriptyline group.After 8 weeks treatment,the therapeutic effects and side effects were valuated with HAMD,HAMA,CGI and TESS.Results A total sample of 116 cases finished 4 weeks treatment;112 cases 6 weeks and 99 cases 8 weeks.The effective rates for moclobemide and amitriptyline group were 46.5%,53.3%(4 weeks);75.3%,88.9%(6 weeks);85.3%,82.6%(8 weeks) respectively,which showed no significant difference between two groups.However fewer side effects were observed in moclobemide group.Conclusion Domestic moclobemide has equal anti depression efficacy to amitriptyline with mild and fewer side effects.
